As a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., we are proud to be part of a global enterprise software conglomerate that has grown to become one of the top 10 software companies in the world, with employees and customers in 100+ countries.The Software Quality Assurance Automation Analyst will be responsible for defining, implementing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases and test automation tools/scripts to ensure software is delivered with high quality. The Quality Assurance Analyst is required to have good communication with the team and customers, and a strong technical background in terms of successfully developing, managing and implementing product test script libraries.Primary Functions:Responsible for managing all forms of testing – functional/feature, integration, load, regression, browser and device scenarios.Build and take ownership of automation test frameworks and tools.Responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end test scripts from User-Interface through to back-office technology.Responsible for continuously building and improving the product test library (Test Rail), ensuring it is up-to-date with all scenarios and test cases.Responsible for supporting the Product and Delivery Manager in the investigation, ticketing, prioritizing, and regression testing for all queue items.Ensures compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards and Service Link-specific coding standards.Accountable for monitoring performance and benchmarking test results.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience performing both manual and automated software testing.Must have prior experience in performing functional, load, cross-browser, responsive design, security and integration tests for rich client, web and mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.Strong programming concepts, and experience with test automation framework, tool development and scripting.Experience with OOPS in Java is a must.Strong Knowledge of CI/CD using tools such as Jenkins/Git.Must have prior experience in automating the testing process using automated testing tools such as Selenium.Experience in automated API testing with tools like PostMan, SoapUI etc.Experience with database queries (SQL) and the construction of test databases.Experience with load, stress, and volume testing in the .NET-based infrastructure.Good Debugging and Troubleshooting Skills.Experience with all phases of the testing lifecycle with a strong focus on requirement analysis, gap analysis, test case creation and execution.Experience in building, packaging and deploying main software modules with consideration to 3rd party software, software-specific configurations and customer requirements.Competencies:Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Tools and Techniques.Creativity.Ownership.Innovation.Collaboration.Perseverance.Planning and monitoring.Presentation.Exciting Benefits we offer:Market-leading SalaryMedical Coverage – Self & DependentsParents Medical CoverageProvident FundEmployee Performance-based bonusesHome Internet SubsidyConveyance AllowanceProfit Sharing Plan (Tenured Employees Only)Life BenefitChild Care FacilityCompany Provided Lunch/DinnerProfessional Development BudgetRecreational area for in-house gamesSporadic On-shore training opportunitiesFriendly work environmentLeave EncashmentDisclaimer: At Contour, we attribute our success to the unique contributions of our diverse staff.
